12-Month Program

Steps to success

Values Clarification

Define what matters most.
Identify the personal and professional values that should guide your leadership, decisions, and long-term direction. These become the foundation for evaluating opportunities, priorities, and growth.

Mission & Vision

Get clear on where you're going and why.
Develop a clear mission for the work you're doing now and a vision for what you're building toward. This creates a shared direction that can guide both leadership decisions and the organization as a whole.

Alignment Assessment

Understand where you are today.
Evaluate how closely your current leadership, business, and day-to-day decisions align with your personal values, company mission, and long-term vision. Tools such as StrengthsFinder and the Enneagram help identify individual strengths, tendencies, and areas for growth.

Create the Success Plan

Turn the vision into a measurable plan.
Define what success actually looks like and establish the milestones that will get you there, from weekly and monthly priorities to quarterly, annual, and long-term goals. Together, we'll determine the right approach, accountability structure, and meeting cadence to support progress.

Develop Healthy Leadership Skills

Build the skills required to lead well as you grow.
Leadership development addresses the practical challenges of leading well: communication, buy-in, accountability, delegation, healthy boundaries, prioritization, and effective feedback. It also tackles harder decisions: when to coach versus let someone go, how to support without enabling, and how to build a culture where the best idea wins.

Quarterly Alignment Assessments

Make sure growth isn't pulling you off course.
Every quarter, revisit the original alignment assessment to determine whether your actions, leadership, and organization are moving closer to—or further from—the values, mission, and vision established at the beginning.

Execute the Success Plan

Put the plan to work in the real world.
Goals become useful when they're translated into action. We'll continually review progress, identify and solve obstacles, make adjustments when necessary, execute the next steps, and repeat the process.

Review → Adjust/Solve → Execute → Repeat

12-Month Evaluation

Evaluate the year and determine what comes next.
At the end of 12 months, assess the progress made, lessons learned, and remaining opportunities. From there, determine the right next step: transition into a new coaching cadence, establish a new set of 12-month goals, or conclude the engagement with a clear path forward.
